Increasing efficiency with total cost control

Entire monthly pre-invoices or individual invoices, such as damage or refuelling invoices during the month, can be posted automatically. This makes manual inputting of each individual posting item a thing of the past. The result: enhanced efficiency and error-free postings. A detailed breakdown of the monthly sum of refuelling and maintenance invoices enables total cost control of your fleet. Does your employee often fill up on the most expensive fuel? Or is one of your vehicles particularly maintenance-intensive? The electronic posting interface automatically applies each posting item to the predefined contract level or cost centre. Automating posting and downloading data

How it works: For simple processing, you’ll find the data on your invoice posting in your FIS access. Simply transfer this to your internal posting system. The data is processed automatically: each individual posting item is processed according to defined expense accounts and cost centres. You can avoid errors and keep on track.

Important: To be able to use the electronic invoice posting of the Porsche Bank fleet management, you first have to enter the predefined business transactions and document types into your system on a once-only basis, as well as filing the expenditure items and internal cost centres. Posting the documents is made much easier, and your fleet management becomes more efficient.
