Kilometer entry

KM status queries via e-mail or Excel lists are a thing of the past. Conveniently read and enter the mileage in the vehicle.

The data is transferred directly to the online reporting tool “FIS”. This means that the mileage readings of e-vehicles can also be displayed in the reporting.

E-notification

When using the “Proof of driving license” function, reminders are automatically sent to the driver (every 6 months).

Request user agreements

Fleet managers can contact their responsible customer service department at Porsche Bank at any time. The necessary documents will then be sent electronically.

Activation by Porsche Bank

After receiving the signed user agreement, you will be activated. The app is activated in the fleet information system (FIS).

User e-mail address

As a fleet manager, you have the option of managing the driver yourself and entering the driver's e-mail address in the FIS.

Download & registration process

The Fleet App can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the App Store. The registration process takes place digitally via the interface to the Carlog system. Here, the e-mail address is authenticated and electronic consent to the data protection agreement is given.
